1. Returns
You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The items must be in their original condition with the product labels and packaging intact.
2. Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at sales@novadistributors.net to request a return authorization.
- Pack Your Item(s): Securely place the item(s) for return in appropriate packaging.
- Ship It Back: Ship the package to 184 Whitman Ave, Edison, NJ 08817. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds/Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. You must return your item(s) and manually reorder the correct item(s).
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact sales@novadistributors.net with photos, and we will provide a return shipping label at no additional cost to you.
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will issue a full refund or ship the correct item(s) at no additional cost to you.
